PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (PDPA) AGREEMENT

This Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Ardent Educational Consultants Sdn Bhd, also known as ArdentEdu ("the Company"), and the individual registering with the school/ tuition centre/ individual (the "Registrant") for the purpose of using the Company's services, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that all registration information provided to ArdentEdu is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of 2010.
2. ArdentEdu may use the Registrant's data for marketing purposes.
3. The Registrant acknowledges that there will be no refund if they fail to attend the competition.
4. ArdentEdu is not liable for any refund due to postage failure.
5. The Registrant agrees that once payment has been made, there will be no refund or cancellation.
6. ArdentEdu takes responsibility for any issues related to the Registrant's registration with the Company's services.

By registering with ArdentEdu, the Registrant hereby agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
